Create Event

How do I create a new event?

After logging in, you will arrive at your home page. From here:

  1. Click on the relevant team’s name (most people are only members of one team, so there will only be one team’s name here).
  2. You will be taken to the Team Home Page. You will see sections for Events and Team members
  3. Click on the blue ‘plus’ button to create a new event.
  4. Add a name for the event
  5. Add a timezone
  6. Add ‘opening times’ - these are the times that are available scheduling sessions.
Note

Opening times are NOT the same as the start and end dates for your event. They set the times that your locations (stages, rooms etc) will be available for sessions to be scheduled. If you are running a multi-day event that runs from 10am - 5pm on each day, you should create a date for each day, which starts at 10am and finishes at 5pm.
