Submission Flows are used to collect content from your speakers and submitters. They can be used:

• To run a Call for Papers with a review process
• ​To gather speaker details for produced conferences
• To gather files (e.g. slide decks, handouts, audition videos etc)
• To run award entry and judging processes
• To run application, review and decision processes

Submission flows are very flexible and configurable. You can use them to map out your own workflow and to automate many of the important, but time-consuming steps, like emailing submitters and tracking responses etc.

Call for Papers & Speaker Invitations

Content gathering processes for conferences and events tend to fall into one of two main categories:

1. Call for Papers/Speakers - an open call for event content
2. Speaker Invitations - a curated program with hand-picked speakers for specific sessions

Large events may run a call for papers for one part of the program, and speaker invitations for another.
